Nuwan is a CFA charterholder with over 13 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, treasury, and business transformation. His work spans multinational manufacturing groups, consumer brands, and private equity-backed businesses. He is Co-founder and Head of Portfolio Finance & Transformation at EKVA Investments and CEO of Alerics Dairy Products. His background includes finance and treasury leadership roles at Brandix, Hela Clothing, and MAS Holdings.

Bishan works at the intersection of AI strategy, process clarity, and user experience. As the founder of Looplogic, he helps organizations move from AI ambition to execution, with a focus on readiness, systems thinking, and automation strategy. Previously, he led Customer Experience and Design at Beta Launch and spent more than a decade at Fortude, progressing through design and UX leadership roles to Associate UX Architect. His approach starts with understanding how people and processes work before introducing technology.
